On June 19, 2019, at the Porta Hotel, starting at 8:30 p.m., a small ceremony will be held during which the first mountain guides from Macedonia who acquired an international license according to the professional standard of UIMLA will be promoted.

Last year in November, MAIVP became a full member of the International Union of Professional Mountain Guides, thus acquiring the right to issue an international license. The process of membership of MAIVP in UIMLA lasted for ten years, during which several inspections and monitoring visits were carried out by representatives of the international organization.
